Today’s Quote: Compassion is not religious business, it is human business, it is not luxury, it is essential for our own peace and mental stability, it is essential for human survival. ~The Dalai Lama

Today’s Affirmation: I live from Love every day, I live it everywhere; I Live from Love Right Now!

Today’s Spiritual Contemplation: Compassion is the continual question, “What would Love do Now?”  And the constant reminder that “I” do not know, yet still I am willing.

Today’s Quote: The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches, but to reveal to him his own. ~Benjamin Disraeli

Today’s Affirmation: I speak my truth with compassion and sensitivity.  By my words I make the world a better place.

Today’s Spiritual Contemplation: Words are powerful; they are a manifestation of thought the foundational substance of creation.  Thoughts are formed by the thinker either by intention or happenstance.  Both ways they are creative; and a hurtful thought will cause pain just as surely as a loving thought will bring joy.  In every moment we choose our impact upon our environment; how will you choose today?

Today’s Quote: To belittle is to be little. ~Unknown

Today’s Affirmation: I reach out with compassion today and remember; “In all I see I am looking at me.”

Today’s Spiritual Contemplation: In our idealization of independence and the self realized person we easily forget we are not separate from anyone.  To think we are is a cancer just as much as it would be if the cells of a body started to act as if the were separate and distinct from the rest of ones anatomy.  Think ‘healthy’ and participate in community today.

Today’s Quote: Maturity is moving from a thin skin and hard heart to a thick skin and tender heart. ~Unknown

Today’s Affirmation: I daily grow in compassion and gentleness because I am genuinely true with myself.

Today’s Spiritual Contemplation: Until we can admit to our own inconsistencies and weaknesses we can never develop true compassion and tenderness.  We will be able to loudly proclaim all the words without them ever resonating with the truth.  Only the surrendered soul sees the world as it really is.
